Bonus terms are usually read last, yet they decide everything that matters. There is a second reason to understand them: scammers borrow the vocabulary of bonus rules — «bonus abuse», «wagering not cleared», «account frozen» — to frighten players into paying. This page explains the general bonus rules that are common across the industry and how to tell legitimate enforcement from extortion.

Clauses you will almost always find

Each rule in a few lines

Wagering. A hypothetical example, not an Asiktoto figure: a bonus of 100 units at 15x means 1,500 units of stakes. Operators may count the bonus alone or bonus plus deposit — a big difference, so find the exact sentence. More on our wagering page.

Max bet. A single stake above the limit can void the bonus and its winnings. It is most often forgotten right after a win, when players raise their stake.

Restricted games. Slots usually count, while table games or low-edge games often count partly or not at all. The exact list sits in the operator’s bonus rules.

Max cashout and sticky bonus. Both limit what you can actually receive. A sticky bonus still gives you playing balance, but the bonus amount itself never becomes cash.

Bonus abuse. Typically covers duplicate accounts, using someone else’s details, or sharing accounts. Buying or renting a «bonus-ready» account almost certainly breaks this clause, and the original owner can take it back at any time.

Legitimate enforcement vs extortion

An operator enforcing its terms does so inside the account: balances are adjusted, a notice appears, and you can ask why through live chat on the genuine site.
Operators do not ask for a «fine» over WhatsApp, or a transfer to a personal account, to cancel a violation.
A message with a countdown in minutes, a threat to block you and an account number to pay into is an extortion pattern.

The message

A number using the Asiktoto logo tells you your account broke the bonus rules and will be frozen with its balance within an hour unless you pay a «re-verification fee».

Do not reply with any details and do not transfer.
Log in from your own bookmark and check for any notice inside the account.
Ask live chat, on the address confirmed through our mirror guide, whether the message came from them.
