How reload offers are usually built

Almost every reload is a match deposit. The operator adds a percentage of your deposit as bonus balance, up to a ceiling, and that balance is locked until you meet a wagering requirement. The variations are mostly about timing:

Second deposit bonus — the step after a welcome package ends.
Weekly reload or weekly bonus — available on set days, often with a smaller match.

Scams built around reloads

The admin who "processes reloads manually"

Someone presenting as support sends a personal bank account, or a DANA, OVO or GoPay number registered to an individual. A deposit sent that way never touches the cashier, so nothing appears in your balance. The follow-up is a request for a "synchronisation fee". The real cashier shows payment instructions inside your logged-in account; no middleman is ever required.

The QRIS image in a chat

QRIS is Indonesia's national QR standard, set by Bank Indonesia, which means one code can be read by many wallet and banking apps. It also means a QR picture sent in a chat can point to anyone's merchant account. Before paying, read the recipient name your app displays. An individual's name unrelated to the cashier is a reason to cancel.

Paid "secret reload codes"

Legitimate promo codes are published by the operator or sent to your registered contact details. Anyone selling a code is selling nothing.

If a deposit went to the wrong place

Call your bank or e-wallet provider at once and report the transaction.
Screenshot the chat, the destination account and the receipt.
Refuse any "reversal fee" — it is the second stage of the same scam.

Weekly reload or no bonus at all?

Declining a reload is a legitimate choice. A plain deposit carries no max bet rule, no time limit and no playthrough, so any win is yours to withdraw under the normal cashier rules. Take the bonus only when you have read its terms and would play that volume anyway.
